Bio: Sung-Bae Cho received Ph.D. degree in computer science from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), Taejeon, Korea. He was an invited researcher of Human Information Processing research laboratories at ATR (Advanced Telecommunications Research) institute, Kyoto, Japan from 1993 to 1995, and a visiting scholar at University of New South Wales, Canberra, Australia in 1998. He was also a visiting professor at University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada from 2005 to 2006, and at King Mongkut’s University of Technology at Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand in 2013. Since 1995, he has been a professor in Department of Computer Science, Yonsei University, a Underwood distinguished professor from 2021, and a Yonsei Fellow from 2023. His research interests include neural networks, pattern recognition, intelligent man-machine interfaces, evolutionary computation, and artificial life. Dr. Cho was the recipient of the Richard E. Merwin prize from IEEE Computer Society in 1993. He received several distinguished investigator awards from Korea Information Science Society in 2005, and Gaheon Sindoricoh in 2017. He is also a recipient of service merit medal from Korean government in 2022. Currently he is the Fellow of IEEE, AAIA, KAST (Korean Academy of Science and Technology) and NAEK (National Academy of Engineering of Korea).

Bio: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Walisa Romsaiyud is a faculty member at the School of Science and Technology, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU), Thailand, and serves as the Head of the Speech & Text Research Team (STRT). Her research expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, and computer vision, with a strong focus on applications in education, accessibility, and intelligent systems.
She has led and contributed to numerous research projects, including AI-based online proctoring systems, student dropout prediction models, and personalized recommendation systems for student retention, and has supervised a wide range of graduate-level research. In 2025, she authored a book chapter on Digital Twin and AI-Based Solutions for Engineering (IGI Global) and has published extensively in leading venues on large language models, machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI.
Dr. Romsaiyud is deeply committed to advancing inclusive innovation through AI and to promoting equitable access to education for all learners, particularly those with visual impairments in open and digital learning environments.

Bio: Dr. Zheng-Ming Gao is an associate professor with Jingchu University of Technology. He received his D.-Eng. degree in 2010. He retired from military in 2018 and served as a faculty member with School of Artificial Intelligence, Jingchu University of Technology. He is now the Member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, Member of the Intelligent Simulation Optimization and Scheduling Committee of the Chinese Society for Simulation, Member of the Smart Agriculture Branch of the Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Societies. Since 2018, he has hosted two province/department-level foundations and 17 city-hall level projects. He has published more than eighty papers, sixties of them have been indexed in SCI/EI, he also occupied more than 40 patents and 40 software copyrights, he has published seven monographs by now. He is now focusing on the metaheuristic algorithms and their applications, intelligent information technology and development.
